Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of hair products, wigs, bundles, extensions, personal care items, and beauty-related products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, brushed out, or otherwise used.
Additional non-returnable items may include:
- Opened or used hair products
- Wigs, bundles, extensions, or hair pieces that have been worn, altered, washed, colored, cut, brushed, or installed
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal care or sanitary items
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including items returned with damaged packaging, missing parts, signs of handling, or conditions not caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items may be final sale and may not be refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us through our website with your order number and details about the issue.
Items must be inspected before an exchange is approved. The Collection Hair reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been used, altered, worn, installed, washed, colored, or returned in unacceptable condition.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first for return instructions. Do not mail products back without approval.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will review the issue and determine the best solution.
